The 1st Class Kid Travel Pillow may still be useful in bulkhead or Premium Economy seats, but the fit will depend on the amount of legroom and the aircraft configuration.

Bulkhead seats: These seats have a wall, divider, or bassinet area directly in front of you, so you may not have enough space for the pillow to fit snugly. When fully inflated, the pillow measures approximately 18″ L × 18″ H × 12″ W.
For additional flexibility, you can turn the pillow lengthwise, making it approximately 18″ long. Depending on your available legroom, it may rest against the panel in front of you rather than fitting completely underneath the seat.
If you have extra space and want a tighter fit, you can place a carry-on bag or other item behind the pillow to help position and support it.
Emergency Exit Rows: Due to airline safety regulations, the pillow may not be permitted in emergency exit rows, as the area around your feet and the exit must remain clear. Always check with your airline or flight crew before use.
